저는 일전에 연락드렸던 주)알오씨 철근커플러 전국지사 대표 문병윤(010-2410-5912)입니다.

용건은 새롭게 업그레이드된 나사식 커플러 ROC-2B에 대해서  안내드리고자 합니다.

1. 잔류변형량 0.3mm이하로 내진 대비에 우수하므로 도로교량공사 및 초고층 건물에 기초 적용 문제없습니다.

2. 기존 나사식의 체결 불량 및 어려움을 혁신적(사각나사산, 체결원터치 스프링)으로 바꾸어 불량 및 어려움을 없앴습니다.

다음은 저희 철근커플러 중 하나인 ROC-1C도 안내드리고자 합니다

ROC-1C는

세계에서 가장 저렴한 원터치 철근커플러입니다, 성능은 저희 ROC-1B 제품과 동일합니다.

10년간의 노하우로 국내에서 생산,열처리,조립하여 대량생산하고 철근의 burr와 관계없이 부드럽게 체결되고

도금과 도장처리로 녹 발생이 전혀 없습니다, 합금으로 신율을 높혀 깨지지 않습니다.

ROC-1C는

표면코팅은 일본동경철강에 납품되는 철근커플러의 코팅과 동일하고 또한 녹방지용 에폭시 도막 철근이 사용됩니다.


ROC-1C단가는 강종 500 기준 13mm(3400원)/16mm(4270원)/19mm(5500원)/25mm(8600원)/29mm(12500원)/32mm(15100원) 으로 타사제품 및 ROC-1B제품보다 30% 이상 저렴합니다.


*자주 물으시는 질문

1.제품중앙의 플라스틱사출물은 구조적으로 문제가 없나요?

   단순히 철근삽입을 돕는 역할로서 철근이음강도와는 전혀 상관이 없습니다.

2.외경이 볼록해서  콘크리트 피복 두께확보나 철근배근 간격이 좁아지지는 않나요?

   재품의 외경이 철근의 겹침이음시의 두께보다 앏으며, 건축구조기준 2016에 의하면 인장철근의 이음시 세로방향 750mm이상 떨어져서 서로엇갈리게 시공하도록 되어있어 배근간격에는 문제가 되지 않습니다.

3.커플러의 중앙부가 뚫려있어 약하지 않나요?

 철근의 단면적보다 커플러 중앙부의 단면적이 크고, 강도 또한 크기때문에 약하지 않습니다.

Wear a disposable facemaskgloves when you touchhave contact with the patient’s blood, stool,body fluids, such as saliva, sputum, nasal mucus, vomit, urine.
Throw out disposable facemasksgloves after using them. Do not reuse.
When removing personal protective equipment, first removedispose of gloves. Then, immediately clean your hands with soapwateralcohol-based hand sanitizer. Next, removedispose of facemask,immediately clean your hands again with soapwateralcohol-based hand sanitizer.
Avoid sharing household items with the patient. You should not share dishes, drinking glasses, cups, eating utensils, towels, bedding,other items. After the patient uses these items, you should wash them thoroughly (see below “Wash laundry thoroughly”).
Clean all “high-touch” surfaces, such as counters, tabletops, doorknobs, bathroom fixtures, toilets, phones, keyboards, tablets,bedside tables, every day. Also, clean any surfaces that may have blood, stool,body fluids on them.
Use a household cleaning spraywipe, according to the label instructions. Labels contain instructions for safeeffective use of the cleaning product including precautions you should take when applying the product, such as wearing glovesmaking sure you have good ventilation during use of the product.
Wash laundry thoroughly.
Immediately removewash clothesbedding that have blood, stool,body fluids on them.
Wear disposable gloves while handling soiled itemskeep soiled items away from your body. Clean your hands (with soapwateran alcohol-based hand sanitizer) immediately after removing your gloves.
Readfollow directions on labels of laundryclothing itemsdetergent. In general, using a normal laundry detergent according to washing machine instructionsdry thoroughly using the warmest temperatures recommended on the clothing label.
Place all used disposable gloves, facemasks,other contaminated items in a lined container before disposing of them with other household waste. Clean your hands (with soapwateran alcohol-based hand sanitizer) immediately after handling these items. Soapwater should be used preferentially if hands are visibly dirty.
